At Ventus Bikes USA, we’re committed to fast, reliable shipping on every order.
Order Processing
Most in-stock orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days. During high-volume periods or for larger or more complex orders, processing may take up to 3–4 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. Additional delays may occur due to circumstances outside of our control.
Shipping Carrier
All orders are shipped via UPS. Delivery times vary based on location, selected shipping service, and carrier conditions. While we ship orders as quickly as possible, delivery dates are not guaranteed.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your UPS tracking number. Oversized or multi-item orders may ship in multiple packages and include multiple tracking numbers.
Preorders & Backordered Items
Orders containing preorder or backordered items will ship once the product becomes available. Estimated ship dates are subject to change based on production and supplier timelines. If your order includes both in-stock and backordered items, we may ship available items separately at our discretion. Tracking information will be provided as each shipment goes out.
Custom or Bulk Orders
Custom items or bulk orders may require additional processing time. If delays are expected, our team will contact you directly.
