Return Policy

Ventus Bikes USA offers a 7-day return policy from the date your item is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition it was received. Proof of purchase is required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@pinnedelectric.com for approval and instructions.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once approved, you will receive a return shipping label and directions on how and where to send your package.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and all accepted returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • eMotos of any size or model

  • Batteries/Electrical Components

  • Used or modified components

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours so we can review the issue and make it right.

Canceled Orders

Orders canceled after payment but before shipment are subject to a 5% cancellation fee to cover payment processing and administrative costs.
If your order has already shipped, it will be treated as a return under the standard return policy, including the 15% restocking fee and responsibility for return shipping.

Note: Where required by law, consumer rights may limit or exclude cancellation fees.


Wholesale Accounts

All wholesale orders are final sale.
There are no returns, exchanges, or refunds for wholesale accounts under any circumstances.


Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you whether the refund is approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the transaction.
