Description: Formula eMoto 4-Piston Brake System is a high-performance brake upgrade engineered specifically for lightweight electric dirtbikes. Combining a motorcycle-style master cylinder with compact four-piston calipers, this system delivers powerful, progressive braking with precise lever control.

Designed to handle the increased speed, weight, and demands of performance eMoto riding, the Formula eMoto Brake uses DOT 4 brake fluid, sintered brake pads, and forged aluminum components for dependable braking performance across a variety of terrain and riding conditions.

The Formula eMoto Brake fits the stock forks on Surron Light Bee, Talaria Sting, and compatible E-Ride Pro models using a PM6 mount.

This brake system does not directly fit newer models equipped with DOT brakes from the factory, including the E-Ride Pro 3.0/SR, Talaria MX5, Altis Sigma, and similar applications.

Please verify compatibility with your specific bike and setup before ordering. Aftermarket modifications can affect fitment.

Installation

• Post-mount adapter kits may be required depending on the bike, fork, and rotor configuration and are sold separately.
• Adapter options are available for brake rotors up to 230mm.
• Choose the appropriate pre-cut hose length or customizable hose for your specific bike and installation.
• DOT 4 brake fluid is required for proper operation.

Recommended Maintenance Items

Pinned Electric recommends keeping the following service items on hand with your Formula eMoto Brake System:

• Formula eMoto Brake Bleed Kit – Recommended for routine brake maintenance, fluid changes, or removing air from the hydraulic system. The Formula eMoto Brake System uses DOT 4 brake fluid. DOT 4 brake fluid is not included with the bleed kit.
• Formula eMoto 4-Piston Sintered Brake Pads – Keeping an extra set of replacement pads on hand helps ensure you're ready when your existing pads become worn or contaminated.
  
• Formula Light E-Moto Replacement Brake Lever – A direct replacement for the original Formula Light E-Moto brake lever. Ideal for replacing a damaged, bent, or worn lever without replacing the complete brake assembly.

Pinned Electric Tip: Brake pads are a wear item, and hydraulic brakes may eventually require bleeding or fluid service. Having both a compatible bleed kit and replacement pads in your toolbox can help minimize downtime and keep your Formula eMoto brakes performing properly.

• The caliper is compatible with brake rotors up to 3mm thick.
• The DOT 4 system provides improved temperature control and consistent braking performance during demanding use.
